Remains from the USSR pavillon from the 1937 World Fair were discovered in 2004 in the castle of Baillet en France, in the Parisian region. The statues of the pavillon, embodying the different Republics of the USSR were offered to the member of the union CGT to decorate the entrance of the castle, which was then used as a social center. During the war, the castle became of center for the Pétainiste youths and the statues were broken
